Aufgaben:
Support management, team and visitors
Carry out all administrative functions and secretarial duties of department
Support and assist in administrative functions of third-party operation
Assist in customer training, and backup of AEG training administration
Own and manage asset administration of department
Prepare and generate presentations based on team member inputs
Qualifikationen:
University degree or appropriate industry expertise
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
Expertise in using Microsoft Office tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook
Ability to learn to new IT tools
Billing and order management experience
Strong team player and open communicator
Ability to effectively plan own tasks and be able to operate "multi-tasking".
Ability to learn and adopt to new processes and tasks
