Aufgaben:
You will work as a mechanical design, test and system integration engineer in our Hardware development department in Böblingen/Germany as part of a dedicated team to develop and enhance our V93000 semiconductor test system.
In your new job, you will develop complex mechanical parts and solutions to enhance the test system or test-cells. You will create concepts, implement solutions in 3D CAD format, procure, assemble and test prototypes, and take design responsibility all the way to a released product. You will need to work closely with cross-functional teams and external partners. Reliability testing and validation of new developments will be required to achieve required quality levels.
Qualifikationen:
University degree in mechanical engineering or similar
Professional experience in using 3D CAD tools (preferably with PTC Creo Elements/Direct Modeling) and PLM Systems (e.g. Windchill)
Experience with mechanical measurement and failure analyses tasks, tolerance analyses, environmental testing, FMEA
Experience in project planning and execution
Good team and communication skills, cross-functional, cross cultural and across hierarchal levels
Good Team player with a practical attitude
Very good English and German language skills
