Aufgaben:
  • Increase sales by both opening new accounts and enhancing business with existing customers
  • Lead and coordinate all sales activities to obtain a maximum in efficiency, customer satisfaction and financial results
  • Actively support designed customers by regular customer visits, presentations, negotiations
  • Cooperate with Advantest world-wide to support the development and implementation of global solutions
  • Keep abreast with sales trends and market development. Adapt and implement necessary actions in consensus with Director Sales & Marketing
  • Contribute as a member of the Advantest team to the overall goals of our company
  • Provide professional reporting by means of weekly sales reports, rolling forecast, participation in regular sales meetings
Qualifikationen:
  • Degree in Microelectronics/Electronics/Semiconductor Manufacturing/Automation or similar
  • Relevant semiconductor experience preferable in the ATE business
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Capable of cross-cultural leadership activities
  • Communicative and team-oriented
  • Motivational and organizational skills
  • Ability to travel by up to 70% frequently in Europe and overseas (also on a short notice)
