You clarify questions about the commissioning and configuration of our IoT solutions and communication products via our modern ticket system (Zendesk), telephone, TeamViewer or Teams
You analyze errors in the event of malfunctions, evaluate error messages and initiate targeted solutions - always calmly and competently
Together with colleagues from Europe, you optimize our self-help tools and continuously expand our knowledge database
With your customer focus, you actively contribute to the continuous development of our products and processes
Customer retention with heart: If a customer ends the conversation satisfied, you've successfully assisted them
Qualifikationen:
Specialist knowledge: You have knowledge of electrical engineering, mechatronics or automation technology - through a corresponding degree or relevant professional experience
Experience with communication technologies: You have initial insights into industrial communication technology, both wired and wireless. Knowledge of Industrial Ethernet is a plus, but not a must
You are fluent in written and spoken English; knowledge of German is an advantage
You enjoy occasional business trips
