Join the Finance and Sales team for Ireland & UK out of our Wiesbaden office and pursue our goals for a successful energy transition together with us.
We are working closely with our growing business development team in four local offices on our ambitious pipeline of renewable wind energy projects.
Together with us, you will consider all economic aspects of our projects, identify potential investors and banks, and ensure a successful financing and sales process.
Each project has its own challenges, and with endurance and creativity, we love to find solutions to successfully realize our projects.
Aufgaben:
Identify investors and banks for our projects and lead the negotiations
Arrange financing (debt and equity) and negotiate commercial contracts
Manage commercial interfaces to the development teams
Survey and evaluate Irish and UK market developments
Work closely together interdisciplinary and in international teams with our local development teams and the German headquarters
Qualifikationen:
Academic degree in business administration or similar
Profound knowledge of the renewable energy sector
More than three years of professional experience in project finance and/or business development
Professional negotiation skills and an entrepreneurial mindset
Business fluent in English, German language skills helpful
Willing to work independently and in teams
