Aufgaben:
Take end-to-end ownership of significant international business development projects, including exploring new business opportunities, entering new markets, conducting market reviews, and forming strategic partnerships.
Analyze business development activities and outcomes to identify areas for improvement and future opportunities.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in international markets.
Manage project assignments independently in various countries across Europe.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders, such as country managers, key account managers, and brand managers.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
Ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategic goals.
Qualifikationen:
Degree in sales, business development or other related fields.
Initial professional international experience in the FMCG or pharma sector, preferably in business development or sales.
Fluent in English, German is a plus.
High flexibility and willingness to travel frequently to various international locations to meet with partners, stakeholders, and team members, adapting to different cultural and business environments.
Strong networking skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Ideally, an affinity for AI tools and its possible applications.
