Aufgaben:
Managing the internal and external Checkmk teamManaging the internal and external Dynatrace teams to implement requirements for infrastructure, application, log, real user, tracing and business process monitoring
Planning, coordinating, implementing and reporting on project timelines
Prioritising requirements and approving monitoring implementations and architectures
Advising internal customers and colleagues on ensuring high-quality and efficient monitoring with Dynatrace
Ensuring full Dynatrace IT service delivery in line with the SLAs and project timelines
Actively further developing and optimising tools, processes and structures
Qualifikationen:
A successfully completed degree (preferably with a focus on information technology or business administration)
Proven track record as a product manager/owner or similar role for Dynatrace or comparable monitoring tools
Results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on delivering high-quality products on time
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex requirements into actionable concepts and user stories
Strong technical understanding of IT Infrastructure, infrastructure as code or automation
In-depth experience in Dynatrace full-stack monitoring for on-prem as well as cloud environments
Good communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams
